the time is upon us for those to extend

an aging hand that belonged to once youthful friend

the lines they do deepen in the smiles gone by

the twinkle has all but left our sorrowful eye

if all but do take a moment to pause

and tell those that matter that rallied to your cause

those that continuely struggle with the fear

your words of love to comfort as their death draws near

take that second to give them what they so readliy need

your acceptance and patience is how they will successed

the journey they take is one of great distinction

the end is by no means the finale of their extinction
